Remote work is optimal and promotes work-life balance

Cons

Manager was arguably the worst leader whom I’ve ever reported to and was a bully

Pros

-Working in the school system allows me to have time off around the holidays and throughout the summer where I can gain experience in other areas of practice.

Cons

No cons that I can think of at this time!

Pros

The pay was good. The benefits were good, but several reimbursement benefits were difficult to access

Cons

I was in a position with an impossible workload (the entire school district) and although I repeatedly asked for support, I didn't get support. I stayed in large part of the spread pay ( I spend my summer volunteering in Africa). When I told the company in June that I would not be returning in September my spread pay and benefits were revoked the day after school ended.
