      Worst staffing agency I've ever worked for

      Pros

      This might be a benefit, you never hear anything from them. Like not at all. They deposit your check and you never hear from them, not on holidays, not when you request any information, they are just silent.

      Cons

      I've been working in aerospace for over 20 years and this is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. No benefits, no holiday pay, no vacation, no annual raises or assessment. After years of working for the company, I never received anything from them. The company charges a lot for there service and then doesn't take care of their employees at all.

      I have been working with The Structures Company for more than 3 years now and the journey has been phenomenal so far. All my managers are very cooperative and always open to show their support whenever needed during the work. They always motivate me to achieve my target. I would highly recommend working at The Structures Company if you are looking for an exciting growth in your career.

      Good work/life balance with remote work environment. Established company with solid clients and good name in the industry. Ability to grow with company and take on additional roles and responsibilities.

      Cons

      For those who want to work in an office, this is a remote environment.
