Management is a mess! They have unrealistic expectations and their accounts are the worst. If you are looking to recruit for MSP roles with a huge amount of other suppliers on the desk in a black hole environment this is for you. Please don't be fooled by management. They will tell you they have a great relationship and inside connections. I fell for this but came to find out that if they did it wasn't helping at all. Management is stressed and takes it out on their employees. It's not a good environment at all.

Management is difficult to work with and there’s no work life balance. They call and email you after hours expecting you to respond. The amount of stress they put on you is over the top. No one should have to work under those conditions.
