Pros

Everyone here truly cares. We pay our contractors accurately. We respond quickly to needs. We are told regularly by both contractors and clients that we are their first choice! Leadership has a wide open door. Caring is infused in all that we do!

Cons

Company is growing fast so there have been some minor growing pains. But the level of caring offsets those challenges.
