Pros

Good starting base salary for entry level job. Nashville is a fun city. You always have a place to park in the city. Ability to work in digital advertising.

Cons

Very unprofessional atmosphere. The office feels like you are working in a dungeon and it feels and looks like it is the 1980's. The starting base salary is a nice starting point for an overall salary, but don't expect to make your bonuses often. It actuallity it really depends on what team you are on. Some teams are better than others and make goals more frequently, while some other teams will not make goals at all. Management is shadey. My first week working there they attempted to change my bonus structure around. They also are shadey and dishonest towards the clients. All they care about is taking money from people, not in establishing business partnerships and lasting relationships with their clients. The list could go on and on.

Pros

Lots of young people. Average pay.

Cons

Sales department is terrible. Unreasonable expectations. Huge amounts of pressure. You are usually set up for failure with no hope of making your bonus. No opportunity for advancement. I would not recommend a long term career here.
