Pros

Great for a night owl As a delivery agent you are an independent contractor so you are your own boss essentially

Cons

Print is a dying industry and it shows, within three years our sales have gone down 50%. The company would say other wise. All gas expenses, car repairs, bag cost paper and ink for home office land line and internet are personal business expenses.

Pros

Flexible schedule is nice, if it works for your job. nice having a cafeteria in the building so you don't have to leave for food

Cons

furloughs, layoffs, pay freezes, weird pay raise criteria, pointless self appraisals, raises that don't match the performance when you do get a raise
