The Austin TX location has great management and training. Compassionate managers who are hard working and willing to teach you the business. The managers enable you the ability to design and collaborate with customers.

Cons

The Pay scale is horrible. There is a $140,000 pay roll quota combined of a total of seven reps working. This company does nothing to advertise or market. It is a unfair set up how the company pays out commissions to their sales reps. If you are a sales rep on commission, make sure you ask and thoroughly understand how the subsidy draw and commission works in the pay period!!!!!!!!!

New experiences everyday, never boring, good training, learn daily, keeps you fit. You can learn everything about the products, installation, competitors, and reading people. They promote from within and definitely will fast track you,if want it.

Cons

Working Saturday and Sunday is not work life balance at all. Also naturally excludes anyone married, with children, with dependents, and candidates older than 30. Maybe that os intentional?. Sales management training needed to motivate, applaud great sales, team building desperately needed. Be that quarterback! 100% commission and "subsidy web" can be dreadful.
