      If you work very hard you can make a good living. Easy to get to store management level with effort.

      Hard to balance work and home life with the amount of hours put in. Benefits lacking. Hard to reach goals.

      Your helping people design. Income is up to you. Only you can hold yourself back.

      Cons

      If you don't sell due to traffic you owe the company money. No time off. You have to work 50 hrs a week minimum.
