Pros

Great experience learning the craft of getting people to like you . So that they will buy what you are selling. Great sales experience but terrible pay and very terrible pay structure

Cons

It’s ok, I get it 100% , I’m responsible for everything , including making sure customers pick it up as if selling everything isn’t hard enough, and making sure back ordered and keeping up with selection sheets for what, minimum wage …… I get it I’ll do my best to make sure I run this thing like my own business yet get paid commission only and only once I meet all these crazy Guidelines. You have to run the company like it’s your business but won’t get paid like it is your business once you selll.

Good pay for the area, enjoyable opportunity to design customers exteriors and interiors.

Cons

Massive workload, endless micromanagement from upper management, terrible advertising, nepotism, poor marketing or store support. No budget for cleaning, marketing, advertising on a store level. Very difficult to retain employees in greedy corporate pay structure that thinks little of its soldiers on the ground.
