Commission based yet you have to keep entire store clean, which included scrubbing vignettes and public restrooms Tile delivery unreliable, broken and late shipments Location was horrible; barely any foot traffic. Main competitor (Avalon Flooring) was directly across the street next to a Staples. TIle Shop was next to a Sleepy's. Divided highway and weird intersections made it so people had to drive past competitor regardless of direction they came from. ~60 hrs/week, 6 days/week, working Saturday and Sunday Very high turnover, would frustrate customers who bought from someone who was no longer there No marketing (people constantly told us that they had no idea we were even there until they drove by)

Can be demanding and stressful if you let a little thing like work bother you. This is not a reflection of the current team, the onsite training by the previous warehouse manager was not thorough. So I had to learn on the fly and ask others a lot of questions.
