Long hours with no compensation for your time and effort. You clean and organize all day. Get maybe one or 2 sales. And you don't actually get a base pay as advertised. It's an intense and stressful environment. The guidelines of splitting sales (when the time arrives, and does frequently ) are not followed. Managers will take full credit and commission for a sale you spent hours building. This will often cause you to go in subsidy and more than likely, you will not get paid. So over 50 hours and you don't get paid unless you become a snake.
