      Fun environment, doesn’t feel like a traditional sales role

      Cons

      100% commission job. You have a draw amount, and if you don’t sell enough within the two week pay period you will go into subsidy and have to pay back the company when you sell more than the draw amount.

      - Dead 90% of the time - Sales take too long to get down - Super Harsh sales deadlines - Super Harsh call out system - Product backorder or takes too long to get to client - You have to be sharky most of the time
