Managers, who have been there for years, take all your sales claiming mostly all the contractors and their referrals as their own. Workaholic Managers, work thru days off, rewrite YOUR orders on your day off, instead of stepping up to the plate of Manager and helping the Sales staff grow as that will grow the business. Small minds with small goals. HuGE turnover. Noone stays. You can do better, go down the block there are places that value hard work and do not cultivate such behavior.
