None wasted time manager was cool

Cons

Stand around all day waiting for a customer that will never walk in. Employees that have no time to help. Store is totally disorganized have to memorize where everything I s but other associates don’t put anything back in place and nothing is labeled where it goes. So new employees stand around waiting for a new client to walk in . Which doesn’t happen. So I ask about events or or going out to get business??? On my own time worst experience do not work there!!

There is no Pros. Its a job thats a Pro.

Cons

They say there is commission but there is not, you end up owing money if you do not have a good week and it only adds up. and the hours are terrible
