Pros
- Most people in Corporate are great, if they are still there.. (sadly not many pros about this company).
Cons
- Full of older people who haven't worked anywhere else and don't like change. - Benefits are okay, nothing too exciting or worth sticking around for. - Lack of accountability; this goes to the people that have been there forever, they say they want change and they are willing to make changes BUT nothing is ever changed "but we've always done it this way" - Poor money management, putting money into stores to put band aids on issues within the store instead of fixing the root cause of the issues. - Has pushed out a lot of the good people, corporate employees are realizing that it's not worth the stress and headache from the "higher ups"
