Pros

There are none. Zero. Nada. Squat. Goose egg. A black hole of suckitude.

Cons

Worked in the corporate accounting office. If you like working 14-16 hours a day 12 days in a row, go for it. If you like multiple managers nitpick your work, many times at cross purposes to each other, go for it. If you like mental breakdowns among fellow employees from lack of sleep and micromanaging, go for it. If you like upper management incompetence and blaming it on those below, go for it. This company advertises the dame accounting positions every day, that's how bad the turnover is. Even some search firms won't represent them. I walked off the job one day, the only time I've ever done that, and was followed by 5 or 6 others who did the same thing within a month. Avoid at all costs.

Toxic Work Environment

Pros

Good PTO and pay is decent for Las Vegas.

Cons

Have to work many weekends and treated like an hourly employee even though you are salary. Your salary gets diminished. Have to vote with your peers what weekend day or holiday to work. Tenured employees treat new employees with no respect and talk behind their backs. Management is not transparent. Was not allowed to work remote during the pandemic.

Pros

Pay is good for Las Vegas, great coworkers, great benefits. Great experience and exposure to the full cycle accounting, including budgets and variance analysis.

Cons

As any minority (especially a person of color) you disproportionately deal with higher instances of micro aggressions and unfair treatment from management, especially from the Controller and Director - but to be honest, all Accountants deal with a fair amount toxic behavior from management. I would never recommend this place. You deserve decency and respect, and you will not get that while working here. The turnover is so high because most healthy, normal people can only stomach so much disdain. The work takes double the amount of time it should, since the systems are outdated and archaic, still printing and filing journal entries.
