Pros

The team members are great individuals.

Cons

During my time at the company, I observed challenges related to leadership organization and professionalism. The reliance on outdated processes, such as the continued use of paper, contributed to inefficiencies. Additionally, the month-end close process was particularly challenging due to the lack of well-defined procedures and systems. I also experienced a lack of work-life balance, which made it difficult to maintain a sustainable and productive work environment.
