Pros

Great coworkers. If you are not looking for advancement, don't want to use your brain, and enjoy mental abuse this may be the place for you.

Cons

Management does not care about Analyst staff. Supervisor is a micro manager dictator and the reason we lost our last six Analyst. The Analyst take call and are often dumped on. There is no support from management so the Analyst support one another. This is NOT a happy work environment.

Pros

Many hospitals throughout the city, which allows good flexibility. Compensation is fair and the benefits are good. The staff is very nice and works well together.

Cons

No employee engagement in improvements to work conditions or delivery of care from a corporate level. The time off is very limited, as holidays (and the days surrounding) are non-negotiable and out of the PTO bank.

Flexible hours, self scheduling,great pay , annual increases, free 100% paid for healthcare awesome can't get that anywhere, Tons of growth and chance for promotions , schooling paid up to 5K per year , 401, UHS stock options as employee , Tons of overtime if wanted

On occasion short staff just like everywhere, Hot in summer there
