Co workers are wonderful here.

Cons

There’s not enough room in this space. But a brief summary: staffing ratios are awful, only time it’s run appropriately is when they are expecting an inspection. They don’t care about staff safety or patient safety. You will do the job of 3 people and get paid less than a fast food worker.

pay, no corrective action or structure, management is allowed to do whatever they want with no consequences, MHT's are expected to do things that they are not trained or responsible for, such as groups and patient hygiene
