The "Leads" worked super hard to make sure all the employees felt safe and supported on shift. Employees were generally friendly with one another.

The work itself is fun most of the time.

Cons

The salary offered to the employees are too low. We aren't paid enough despite how difficult our jobs are. Day-offs are also minimal, which means that you'll have to work extra hard for subpar salary.

It's fun working with the animals.

Cons

The pay is too low. The job is fun but it's still stressful because of the responsibilities. The compensation the company offers is not enough for the work we have to put in. It's like we're just volunteers due to how low the pay is.
