The dogs themselves are mostly wonderful.
Cons
This company has extremely high turnover as they prefer to hire people for low pay and short amount of time over actually getting people who want to be able to live off this type of work. They expect you to live or die by their business while giving very little in return. Always tell you not to come to work unless you’re 100% but also not to call out sick - you can’t always do both and it is always counted against you if you show up at less than perfect or try to take care of your own health. The facility is falling apart in places leading to injuries and not repaired when asked repeatedly.
