Walsh is great. I have no work-life balance complaint like the others on here. I worked for another employer for 7.5 years and Walsh was a drastic improvement.

Cons

When newly hired, Not given a lot of training or direction. Picked up responsibilities but later realized a heavier need was elsewhere and was criticized for troubling to meet expectations.

Great company with core values that are embedded to their employees. Very happy to be here and to be apart of an outstanding organization.

Cons

Possibly some unhealthy growth in selected areas of North America can dilute the outstanding core values that have taken time to establish.
