Industry recognition, construction leader, family owned. Fantastic company if you are on the constuction side. Work/life balance and holidays.

Cons

Lack of real training, high stress, burn out over the demands on the administrative side.

Office guys with no building experience trying to manage the field from their desk. Upper management out of touch with field staff and supers. Def not employee owned.

They do not have very many contracts in my home area, Do not have more administrative positions in the area.
