      Pros

      For such a large company it does a decent job acting like a smaller company. There is a wealth of knowledge for younger people as some of their PMs and supers are getting older. Wide variety of projects can lead to unique opportunities.

      Cons

      At times long hours are required but, it's the nature of the business. Your performance, headaches, and simplicities of your job are somewhat determined by the management team on your project, some operate very differently than others.

      Pros

      Walsh Constructoin Company is one of the best companis in construction. I wouldn't want to be working for any other company in this market. The development opportunities and training they offer are best in class, the individuals they retain are all very driven and competent, and projects are diverse and complicated allowing for creativity.

      Cons

      Large, complex projects often tend to demand a lot of overtime and weekend work. Field activity when schedules are crashed often require most of the attention during regular activites. Catching up on paperwork and project analysis are done on off hours. Although stressful, progress and success are rewarded.
