Pros

Great if you work in Chicago.

Cons

Office guys with no building experience trying to manage the field from their desk. Upper management out of touch with field staff and supers. Def not employee owned.

Pros

Some great benefits, and pay. Its a catholic company that is tolerant of others. Hard working people. The culture is progressing, Walsh retains employees for many years. Its a good place to work. Good raises.

Cons

They tend to hire and promote nepotism. Needs more women and people of color in leadership roles. No bonuses. A bit conservative regarding remote work. Certain departments are prone to scapegoating, bullying (even in company meetings), etc. High turnover in some groups.
