Pros

- remote - flexible - work/life balance - good salary - learning opportunities - 20 weeks of maternity/paternity leave - apparently I'll get a 10% bonus

Cons

- only 3 weeks of vacation plus 2 personal days (you get more with years employed) - must use vacation days or you'll lose them - sick days do not roll over - only HMO health insurance - only 3% retirement match
