Good Place and Brand, Shatty Post-Bezos

Pros

- Great brand and journalism you're supporting - Good location in DC

Cons

- Payout plans are low and flawed compared to elsewhere - people come because of the brand, which is understandable; but post-Bezos buying the company they killed the President's Club, they lowered commissions, took away pensions from old school hires, and you better get a good upfront salary or it's a tough place to exceed goal and make money - a lot of dog eat dog people in the sales room
