Pros

Yes, the journalism is top-notch, etc, etc. But the thing that's really great about working at the Post is that the leadership really fosters career development by encouraging people to move around, try different things, and spend a full, varied career at the Post. Also, they try not to hire a**holes, and that really helps!

Cons

The work computers are PCs.

Pros

At The Post, you do work that makes a difference. There are good benefits and great colleagues. There’s space to be creative and grow.

Cons

This could be both a pro and a con, but you have to be willing to be flexible and change priorities quickly when news events arise.
