- Great Work/Life Balance - Always pushing towards modern technologies and architectures. - Great place to learn and grow

Cons

- Benefits (Specifically PTO days) could be better - It would be nice to have bonuses based on performance.

Pros

-Love the subjects and the work -Love the team - really collaborative -Lots of flexibility (especially for working parents)

Cons

-Don't love the healthcare options. Only an HSA option. -NY office is a bit lackluster but DC office is amazing -Bit messy in "return to work" but that's likely true everywhere
