Unorganized, Dysfunctional, and Archaic -- worst decision ever.

Pros

Decent pay. Discount on Heating Fuel for your home. Location is good -- reverse commute if you live in DC/VA.

Cons

Very political. No room for growth. Horrible management. Poor communication and no true leadership. Extremely archaic--They use PowerPoint and Excel for literally everything! Stuck in the 90s. Small staff size and expectations are extremely high. No training. Most answers when asking for help is either "I don't know" or "Figure it out on your own". The office is not ADA accessible either. There is no elevator.

The benefits are decent. Nothing else.

Cons

Horrible supervisor that would not provide adequate training nor answer your questions. Excessive workload including "special projects" that are not even part of your job description. Human Resources always sides with Management even when managers are in the wrong. DO NOT WORK HERE!!

They pay very well at the minimum.

Cons

They won't let you run the store the way you want, there are too many chiefs and not enough indians, they don't care about personal life, and they expect you to have zero work/life balance. Very rare I had time to spend with my family. They are very unorganized and corporate is trying to do too much.
