Pros

It is a great organization when you work for the right people. CEO makes an effort to get to know all staff and reaches out to families.

Cons

Some of the management lack tact and respect for their employees. Also, some can be rude to families. Pay is not well compared to other for same work.

Pros

-Great hours -Learning experience for those people looking to interact with children and gain people skills. -The work is physical; I'm not sitting there all day.

Cons

-Kids. Let's face it, kids can be rough sometimes. -Working with teenagers. Although some of them are very bright, others tend to have a lack of professional manners.

Pros

Chimney Corners is a wonderful place to work if you love the outdoors and children. It was rewarding to watch the campers learn and grow and it was amazing to spend so much time outside.

Cons

There is very limited time off and when spending so much time with children it is imperative that you get a break at some point.
