Pros
The office staff individuals who used to work at the company before they were laid off due to "restructuring" aka the company is on the brink of a major downslide.

Home Care Assistance rebranded/name changed to TheKey in March 2022, Since that change the company is a COMPLETE disaster. Corporate management is absolutely out of control....no longer care about clients or staff rather it's all about $$$ and will layoff whomever in order to do so. Since January 2022 they continuously are laying off individuals whom have been with the company for years and brought the success. NO ONES job is secured...you may be billing the company incredible numbers one day and then the next day you are laid off for what they are calling "restructuring". One week severance and off your done. They have offices now that do not even have 1 office staff member and pushing all the work on other locations whom are already slammed. oh wait...they raise all clients hourly rates and then NO increase to the frontline workers (caregivers & CNAs). Complete joke of a home care company that is going down. CLIENTS and EMPLOYEES should stay far away from this company. Lastly, hiring regional managers that have NO experience in this industry is a complete joke and what they are doing.
