Night shifts and any overtime work never is pay as overtime. I worked a couple times double shifts around 22 hours a day and they paid just normal hour rate. Also, they don't care how tired you are after a such a long shift without sleep asked me to cover half day of the next day. They said when hired me that a full time position was offering. When I did the pre- employment it says part time as independent contractor and can send me home anytime without if the need to. They send me home many times because they didn't have schedule, last time was three weeks in a row.
