New c-suite knows the business and is righting the ship and seems to honestly care about client care and caregiver working conditions, restructure fixed many of the previous awful, wrongheaded, blatantly idiotic ideas behind "TheKey Standard" rolled out in 2022, experienced Regional Directors have a wealth of knowledge of the industry and great experience, most of the new General Managers are experienced leaders and know their craft

Cons

Clueless board continually raises rates and destroys opportunity for business growth, profligate spending by previous c-suite has ruined the company's ability to appropriately allocate capital, teams are shrinking and revenue is drying up, No compensation adjustments throughout 2023 and those who did receive them had to fight tooth-and-nail to get them and threaten leaving the company-even then, most only saw a 3-5% increase which is embarrassing for their first pay increase in 2+ years while inflation runs rampant

Our mission and vision of the company is great. Pay is decent. Executive leadership is approachable and supportive. The work is meaningful and there are great team members that you will work with.

Cons

No merit increases or bonuses for individual contributors. Poor middle leadership. Lack of diversity in corporate roles. Lack of career growth for certain teams. Lots of company changes within the past few years.
