Frax was built on a great foundation with an emphasis on culture and its employees.

Frax was acquired by HCA/TheKey and they ran this place into the ground.

I enjoyed the clients and families that we got to interact with.

Cons

There was no support each area in the company is for themselves. Creating a very toxic work environment. They are in a people business and this company has taken the direction of money only. Management put in place is not qualified to hold the positions. The Company has lost sight of the mission and purpose for clients and staff.

As a lot of comments also state, the leadership in this company is severely lacking. One person can destroy the entire team's efforts and personal health based on whoever they know. And everyone watches it happen.
