Peers / colleagues at local branch are great

Cons

Executive Leadership in the organization so very disorganized. Lack of infrastructure and knowledge of the varies markets across the country. And how they are all different depending on culture and region. TheKey want’s everything to be the same. And it’s like comparing apples to oranges. It’s just not the way it is. The company has been ran horribly since TheKey took over.

I had some great co-workers.

Cons

I noticed a lot of discrimination and racism being part of the recruiting team. This should NOT be happening in 2022, I was shocked at some of the stuff I would hear. Management is disorganized, culturally incompetent, racist, and insensitive. There were constant changes and my co-workers and I never felt appreciated or heard. In addition, people were getting fired or leaving constantly. The workers that were treated the worst were the caregivers. They could never reach anyone to get help on simple things and management did not care to help them. I felt bad LYING to caregivers about all these "benefits" we offered while recruiting.

most clients are great to work for

Low pay, expensive benefits. New hires are given sign-on bonuses, but no retention pay for the rest of us. No paid sick leave. No paid vacation. Only one day of PTO per year up to 5 years. Always offering bonus money to work with awful clients or to travel a long-distance. Skeleton office staff. No values whatsoever. The schedulers will send anyone just to fill a shift so this "We match caregivers to the client" is a falsehood.
