Pros

The job itself is not difficult, but manager are manipulative. Work balance for some positions is awful, and the phrase "work / life balance" does not appeal to management. They prefer "work / life integration" which really means they expect your work to be integrated with your personal life. All in all, the pay is horrible.

Cons

Work life balance, culture, pay. Told one thing. Employees are often hired or shuffled into roles that they are not necessarily qualified for without any kind of formal process (ie: interview). Upper management essentially just hooks their friends up with jobs.

Pros

The medical, dental and vision plans were really good.

Cons

Very toxic workplace! The line of work is already stressful and time consuming. But the management belittles you and questions everything you do. This was the worst place I have ever worked. Very sneaky and secretive. Not only is turnover higher than caregivers but with office staff. There’s always someone on medical leave because of the work tasks. Pay doesn’t match work duties even with a degree.

The hours were flexible and the clients are the best.

Cons

You work 24/7 and that is expected of you. This company is very dishonest and you must get all promises in writing.
