Interviewed for two hours the first day then five hours the second day. I was impressed by the company but they offered me 35k versus the 50k listed as the minimum salary here on glassdoor (yes same exact company) and the other workers with the same position even said they made almost 20k more while they had zero experience. Very insulting !

Cons

Poor salary , even with benefits it wasn't that great. Definitely not as great or even close to as great as I expected after other glassdoor reviews for this company so I was very disappointed

Pros

Most clients are a pleasure to work with. Management is supportive and diplomatic if an issue arises. They also are very accommodating to their caregivers' schedules. You always have the opportunity to accept or reject a placement.

Cons

The primary downside is the pay. It is not a living wage and there are no standard raises as far as I can tell.

Great team of care and staffing managers and office support. Some room for growth. Okay salary with minimal health benefits, 10 days paid vacation and 10 days sick time per year.

Cons

Unrealistic hours, everyone paid on salaried, exempt basis (no overtime pay or compensation for weekend and holiday work), health insurance is expensive and company pays half of premium, lunch breaks are discouraged, upper management uses scare tactics to retain employees.
