I am able to work the hours and shifts that I want.

Cons

They claim to have high standards of care for the elderly and memory care patients but I haven't seen any of them upheld.

The Administrative staff are always kind, thoughtful, considerate and professional. They offer further education opportunities for caregivers, and educate caregivers on cognitive therapy techniques. Home Care Assistance offers on-line webinars for further education.

Cons

I have no cons with this company.
