Excellent management team; supportive and respectful of staff and very caring about clients. Clients are fun, unique, and have lived interesting lives.

Cons

It's a 24/7 operation, so the hours can be long at times. And time off can be scarce at times.

Not much can be said about this job/company. Flexible schedules is probably the only thing I can say about working there.

Cons

Must have own vehicle and they send you out to far places. (Over 25+miles from current/home location) No Job benefits or opportunity for growth.
