Interviewed some exceptional people who wanted to make a difference in people's lives.

Cons

Where to start- unfair hiring practices, racism, discrimination, wage is minimum, unpaid orientation and training, illegal questions regarding personal references, unpaid overtime.

This job is the most rewarding one you can find. You may go home tired sometimes but it is so worth it, just knowing you were able to help someone.

Cons

Challenges for this job are only ones you put in front of yourself. Clients may be difficult at times but there will be clients like that anywhere you go.

One great thing about this company is you get paid on a weekly schedule. You can them 24 hours a day and really get a return call in a short time period. They give up date training so you are kept to date on any changing on caring for patients with all kinds of illness.

Cons

You may not always get the hours that you want, but as soon as they available you will be notified.
