Pros
Very nice people, knowledgeable, respectful, look out for you. Blasts are sent out to pick up more shifts. They try to find clients near your home. Communication has been excellent from my leader , I dont feel forgotten or left on my own.
Cons
Not all staff have been as connective. Blasts dont contain the hourly rate which would be more helpful for us to decide on accepting. Cluent opportunities go fast and I have missed opportunities that I would have liked to accept. Clients do relieve us and goons to another for unreasonable reasons, I feel. I would like it if the Key had a process to try to have the clients give us a little more time to correct an easy issue before moving us.. Its tough losing hours in a snap, budget isn't reliable but it seems like this is consistent in this industry. Overall I feel ywkem care of.
