Pros

Good work life balance. Mostly good team members. Good manager. Employees earn PTO at a good rate. Reasonable health benefits for the amount we pay.

Cons

Scheduling is inconsistent. Not very direct to employees when policies are changing. Very money conscious at this time-in turn this is stressful for employees due to a larger workload and less staff.
