Pros

Im a consultant at Themesoft deputed at Cognizant's project. I have been working with Themesoft for the past 4 years and it was smooth on the Visa processing from h1b to Green card. The organization employees had good knowledge in h1b and solved complex problems in my case. All the HR employees are onsite and knowledgeable to guide me through the process. It's a good employer to stay and work with.

1)The structure of the organization is really flat that you get to make lot of impactful work 2)They have pretty good client so the exposure this company could provide for a starter is immense 3)The salary is up with the industry standards and the incentives package attached is way above industry standards 4)The performance appraisal system is not very stressful however you are expected to perform well 5)Good work environment, nourishing colleagues 6)Lot of growth and learning opportunities
