Pros

Such a caring, family friendly company. During the all the COVID layoffs Themesoft made sure not to furlough or lay off any employees. HR is great and will do everything in their power to ensure that any hr related issues are resolved. Everyone is very nice and will always make sure that their employees are doing well.

none that I can think of.

1) They have a very experienced Team of management. All the questions and issues an employee has are addressed quickly. 2) They pay on time, they always follow up to make sure an employee's issue is resolved. 3)Good company to be associated with respective to the career path.
