Little to no chance for career advancement. From the top down everything is poorly run and there is an extreme amount of micromanagement and toxicity within the store. A lot of stress is put on the entry level position to meet goals with very little reward. There’s so much downtime with and you’re expected to still be productive despite there being no work to do. High turnover rate due to micromanagement and frequent downtime. Almost always scheduled to work alone on Sundays(the only somewhat busy day) which could get really hectic for one employee to handle alone. They are extremely stubborn about pay raises even if you perform very well. I was told I would almost always have two days off in a row and I generally never had consecutive days off.
