      Pros

      - Unlimited PTO, nice employee discount, high-quality product - Some coworkers are kind and genuinely trying their best - Upper management is aware of several of their issues are are attempting to resolve them (slowly and not super effectively...but trying)

      Cons

      - Roles are shifting and inconsistent: you're very likely to end up taking on job tasks that are not in your job description, and not get paid any more to do them - Culture is unsupportive: teammates were unwilling (or were so overworked they were unable) to work on collaborative projects; it felt like pulling teeth to get something over the finish line - Barely any onboarding: they throw you in with no support and expect you to know everything and everyone, then get upset when you make a mistake - Company doesn't know where to put their money: budgets are tight but high-level employees disagree on where it should be spend, breeding resentment on "how things used to be" versus "where we should be going" versus economic realities
