      Leadership has wildly different opinions on the direction of the company, which leads to immense burnout amongst the lower-tier staff. Exec leaders like to claim "transparency" and keeping the company up-to-date on a decisions (i.e. ongoing tariff issues), but this caused far more stress than was necessary. Last minute meetings added to calendar, frantic conversations in the meetings, etc.

      Start up with lots of well-known investors, good pay, and some cool people.

      Cons

      There was a ton of turnover and no solid processes in place. Leadership at the time didn't have a clear direction for the company.
