Therabody overall is an amazing company, with a friendly HR staff who really want to help you out and care about you. The pay is amazing starting at $17 an hour which is more than any student can ask for.

Cons

The manager though at times can be chill, can at times cause a lot of stress. I eventually quit because of mental health issues that Therabody had put on me.

Most all of the employees are polite, helpful, and pleasant to work with. The HR is responsive and easy to approach with issues. A tidy, neat, clean warehouse.

Cons

The position of Forklift Driver is deceiving, most of the hours of time in the day, will be transferring product from plastic pallets to wood pallets. This will be consistently a daily task, along with only using a pallet jack to move pallets around, instead of a stand-up/forklift.

Pros

This truly is the most amazing company that I have been a part of and because I believe in self-care, use the products every day, and I love what I do, that this does not feel like work. I would not have been able to grow as a person, in my career, as a manager and leader, if it were not for this company, its leaders, and the encouragement that I have received to continue to learn, educate and push myself to be better. I have never felt as supported as I do here and that goes from the top down.

Cons

There are no cons to working at Therabody because I love what I do and the environment that has been built in this company allows for the freedom to make the most of the opportunity.
