Fast Moving, Growing, Exciting Company

Pros

Company is growing very fast and is still young and hungry. Love that we get to wear a lot of hats and don't have to deal with a bunch of red tape to get things done. The leadership team is genuine and personable and the company culture is fun, inclusive, and feels very much like a start-up company that is racing forwards.

Cons

If you like a very structured, well organized sort of "here's your role, do exactly this" kind of place to work, from 9-5 with a lunch break...this isn't the place for you. It's not for everyone and that's okay...some people will be turned off by that.
